Co-founders of WECAN, Brooke Skidmore and Corrine Hendrickson, will be presenting via zoom a conversation that entails the support the child care professionals provide families as they navigate child rearing, how the early childhood educators’ relationships with the children they care for and educate build the foundation for all future social and academic success; including the caring relationships that children 6 weeks and up have with their early childhood educators, which can additionally be a buffer for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES).
